Responsibilities Enhance profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information Ensure appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are used Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing sales Replenish all fixtures consistently Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques and communicate opportunities to develop our business further Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines Empower and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment Experience delivering employee training Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems Experience with merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising Physical capability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours, occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and lift at least 30 lbs Availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days of availability each week Pay Hourly wage range: $23.50 – $24.90, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and internal factors.
