What We’re Looking For
We need an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
Strong HVAC background & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
Reliable transportation & basic tools
Ability to handle on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
Complete service requests & apartment make-readies
Supervise and support maintenance team and vendors
Maintain budgets, supplies, and safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service to residents
