$52-$60/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy Team (skilled nursing)

We're currently looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great role for a clinician who enjoys helping adults improve strength, mobility, and overall function in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility
• Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner
• Collaborate with PTAs and partner with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred - strong new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
