Job Description

Seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Services team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage ventilator support for patients in critical care, adult, and pediatric units.
• Perform routine respiratory therapeutic services, such as aerosol administration, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessment.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care practices and equipment use.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• North Carolina Respiratory License
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
