Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dynamic Anesthesiology team in Wyandotte, Michigan, offering flexible scheduling options, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of patient populations in a collaborative inpatient hospital setting.Job Responsibilities:Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental proceduresProvide anesthesia services to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatrics and geriatricsPerform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessmentsDevelop and implement anesthesia care plansMonitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthetic levels as neededProvide post-anesthesia evaluation and follow-up careDeliver airway management services throughout the hospital as neededParticipate in inpatient anesthesia coverageTravel to multiple locations/clinics as requiredParticipate in required on-call and weekend rotationsCollaborate with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomesExclusions:No lapsed or new graduate candidatesNot open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidatesNot open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them againNot open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described aboveOpen to H1B and J1 Visa CandidatesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
