You’ll provide direct care to a student with seizure activity and intermittent behavioral challenges related to their condition. Your professional calm and medical skill will be key in maintaining a safe and encouraging environment. Flexibility is important, as the student’s placement could shift from a high school to a private ABA therapy center setting, and there is a possibility of riding the school bus as part of your role.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license (required)
• 3-5 years of LPN experience, ideally with pediatric or adolescent populations
• Previous one-on-one experience with high school-aged students strongly preferred
• Experience in a school or similar educational setting is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and compassion in dynamic situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vigilant 1:1 medical care and monitoring for seizure activity
• Support positive behaviors in collaboration with the behavior team
