Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Facility type : LTC/SNF Location: Walsenburg, CO 81089 Shift: 12 hours (Days/Nights) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: TBD Note: We also have openings available in Gunnison, CO| Grand Junction, CO | Hugo, CO. Responsibility:- Monitor patients throughout their treatment. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs. Ensure that patients take their medication. Assist doctors and registered nurses. Liaise with patients' families. Requirements:- Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). BLS (AHA). Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a LPN in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities. 3B Staffing LLC
