Contract LTC Charge Nurse (RN or LPN)

Night Shift Nursing Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Monitor resident health status, respond to changes, and communicate with team and physicians
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants to provide excellent resident care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN nursing license in Minnesota
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Ability to work nights from 10pm-6:45am
• Physical stamina to lift and move residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in night shifts
