What You'll Do:
- Greet customers like VIPs and build trust through knowledgeable and honest recommendations
- Drive sales by connecting needs with services and closing with confidence
- Be the communication bridge between our customers and technicians
- Own your resultstrack KPIs, hit targets, and celebrate wins
- Keep the front-of-house organized, professional, and firing on all cylinders
