True Title Company is seeking a dependable and adaptable Escrow Support Specialist to provide flexible support across multiple departments. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team environment, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning different areas of the title and escrow process. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to learn quickly, and a commitment to providing a concierge-level experience for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for team members who are absent, on leave, or unavailable during high-volume periods
• Assist with a wide range of tasks across multiple departments
• Support front desk, escrow assistant, funding, and other operational areas as needed
• Learn and follow department-specific procedures and company protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards and policies
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and outside partners
• Help create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all clients
• Represent the companys core values through teamwork, excellence, and reliability

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in different departments or roles as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Previous title, escrow, real estate, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
