Clinical Supervisor PositionResponsibilities:Provide ongoing clinical supervision for therapists providing psychotherapy servicesCo-sign progress notes and Treatment Plans for all supervisees requiring co-signatureAvailability for consultation with clinicians as needed to provide further clinical support and guidanceUsing available data and clinical metrics in supervision to guide discussion and conversation with the clinicianCrisis supervision and support as needed for addressing clinically urgent or crisis situationsReviewing productivity, completion of record-keeping, and attendance of clinician at clinic, and related issuesA Clinical Supervisor should:Have at least 3 years experience supervising cliniciansBe supportive, patient, and a positive personFunction well as part of a dynamic teamLicensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHCCompetitive Salary and BenefitsUnparalleled Training and SupportExcellent Work EnvironmentSeeking supervisors who are proficient working with children and/or adults
