Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Physician Assistant in Burlington, New Jersey.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role focused on full-scope Family Medicine services
• Opportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationships within underserved communities
• Structured weekday schedule with dedicated administrative time for documentation and follow-up care
• Collaborative team-based care model with established workflows and EMR systems
• Historic South Jersey riverfront community offering small-town atmosphere with convenient Philadelphia access

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000+ based on experience
• Loan repayment eligibility available

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• One late clinic day weekly
• Rotating shared call schedule

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• Deliver patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams and providers
• Support continuity of care within underserved patient populations

Requirements

• Board Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Clear and active or eligible New Jersey PA license REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing full-scope outpatient primary care REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within collaborative team environment REQUIRED
• Passion for serving underserved and diverse communities REQUIRED
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
