General Manager 4 - Food

Sodexo  is seeking a qualified  General Manager 4 to join our team in serving the  U.S. Marines  at  Camp Lejeune, NC . You will work within a Mess Hall among the many that wake up every day to train and defend our country. Our operations teams strive to provide healthy, balanced meals with variety and excitement - providing a memorable experience combined with compassion and comfort while they are away from family and friends. What You'll Do:

• Be a people person with a  strong focus with maintaining positive client relations ; a solid manager/leader who is  perceptive and has  attention to details that make a difference – quality and presentation of food – customer service –
• Be SERVICE focused–including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment.
• Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;
• Demonstrate proven financial acumen/success: Food costs/ labor costs, budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
