What we’re seeking:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and goals development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs in dynamic learning environments
• Empathy, organizational skills, and a student-centered approach

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations, assess student progress, and update treatment goals
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure integrated supports in classroom settings
• Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute meaningful input
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school policies
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student needs and therapy goals
