Essentil ties n Responsibilities:
• Receives specimens n completes ll necessry test ocmenttion into Lbortory Informtion Mngement System (LIMS).
• Performs high complexity moleclr tests offere on the clinicl test men by following the stnr operting proceres (SOPs) of the lbortory.
• Performs qlity control n clibrtions, s reqire.
• Performs post-test nlyses n t review to ensre ccrte test reslt reporting.
• Recognizes problems n performs ssy trobleshooting.
• nerstns n follows the proficiency testing policies to comply with CP stnrs.
• Reglrly prticiptes in CP proficiency testing or other competence ssessments in the lbortory n prticipte in perioic regltory inspections.
• Prticiptes in the evelopment, vlition n mintennce of high complexity clinicl tests.

Reqire ection n skills:
• Bchelor's or mster's egree in biologicl, chemicl or meicl lbortory sciences.
• Proficient in MS office pplictions (Wor/Excel/PowerPoint)
• bility to pt to chnge efficiently.
• Knowlege of n skills in goo moleclr genetic lbortory prctices incling extrction of ncleic cis from hmn bloo n tisses, stnr n rel-time PCR, n next-genertion librry prep n seqencing.

Preferre skills:
• Previos lbortory experience, clinicl lbortory preferre.
• Next genertion seqencing experience sing n Illmin NextSeq 2 or NovSeq X instrment.
• Next genertion seqencing experience sing Oxfor Nnopore Technologies long re protocols.
• Next genertion seqencing librry constrction experience.
• Certifiction in lbortory specilty throgh the mericn Society of Clinicl Pthologists (SCP) or eqivlent is pls.
• Experience with qlity control n ssrnce processes in clinicl lbortories. Working knowlege of evelopment of genotyping, mttion etection n seqencing ssys.
