Are you a master of the fields? Then we have the job for you! As a full-time Farming Location Operator at Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Clarion, IA, you'll be right in the thick of the action, overseeing the ins and outs of our operations.

Here at Gold-Eagle Cooperative, you'll enjoy a family-oriented culture. You can plan to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with weekends as needed during the peak season.

Our Farming Location Operator earns a competitive wage of $19.00 to $23.50 per hour , along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. We also provide you with top-notch benefits after a 30-day probation period:

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Farming Location Operator, you're responsible for managing various operational tasks within the grain industry. Your duties include overseeing the process of grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading. You keep the grain facilities and equipment clean to ensure optimal functionality.

During peak seasons, you work with the agronomy department, always willing to adapt to varying work environments. Your commitment to punctuality and reliability is crucial, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic!

ARE YOU WHO WE NEED?

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods, working in confined spaces and at elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
