Will conduct patient histories, physical assessments, and interventions to support and deliver compassionate patient care.Formulate treatment plans by ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic procedures, ensuring timely intervention and continuity of care within a supportive, physician-collaborative practice model.Empower patients and families by providing clear counseling on wellness, treatment pathways, and community resources to improve long-term wellness and self-care.Support and coordinate care when higher levels of care are necessary, as well as ensuring timely follow-up with primary care physicians, pediatricians, and specialists.
