Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and financial records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with procurement of materials and supplies
- Supervise and support office staff
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office management or construction administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures
