Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for an outpatient PT position at a clinic in Prince Frederick, MD.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts (7/8 AM – 3/4 PM); no weekend shifts
• Patient caseload of 12–14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
• Double booking is common across most clinic locations
• EMR system used is RainTree
• Full support staff at every location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs to assist with patient flow
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• New graduates will not be considered for this position
• Active PT license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Clinicians are expected to carry the same caseload as permanent staff
• Orientation is provided by the Clinic Director prior to the assignment start date and includes staff introductions, EMR orientation (RainTree), shadowing, and initial patient treatment
• Day 2 of orientation transitions to full independent patient care
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront
