Crew Member - Dunkin' - Now Hiring - Interviews Scheduled Immediately!

Early riser or a fan of closing down the store? Either way, we want to talk to you! We're currently filling both opening and closing crew member roles with energetic, upbeat people who enjoy a fun, fast-paced, supportive workplace - a great fit for teens (18+) and adults alike. Prior experience at Dunkin' Donuts is a plus, and time spent at other retail or quick-service spots (McDonald's, Trader Joe's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and similar) counts too! New to food service? No problem - full training is provided!

Starting pay: $16/hour plus tips!

Two shift types are currently open:

Opening Crew Member: Openers get the store set up for the day and help keep the morning rush on track. Hours run approximately 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, weekends included. Candidates must be able to start as early as 5am to be considered.

Closing Crew Member: Closers keep things moving through the afternoon and evening and make sure the store is properly closed down each night, ready for the next day. Hours run approximately 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM, weekends included. Candidates must be available through 7:30pm to be considered.

Team Environment: Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.

Qualifications:

- Must be over the age of 18
- Openers must be available for early morning shifts (as early as 5am), including weekends
- Closers must be available for afternoon/evening shifts through 7:30pm, including weekends

Skills:

- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment
