About The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who loves helping people and has a passion for pets. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for pet parents, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, solutions-oriented, and enjoys creating positive customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Support pet parents through phone and email
- Answer questions about products, orders, subscriptions, shipping, and account information
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and account updates
- Troubleshoot issues and partner with internal teams when additional support is needed
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and company initiatives
- Identify opportunities to recommend products that best support a pet's needs
- Follow up with customers when needed to ensure a positive experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or similar environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable working across multiple systems and communication channels Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus Pet industry, veterinary, or nutrition experience is a plus Schedule & Work Environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Education High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred
