Electronics Technician

Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assembling parts into large sub-assemblies, units, or systems, ensuring they meet quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with engineers to modify or repair sub-assemblies and systems. Responsibilities + Follow detailed instructions to assemble parts into large sub-assemblies, units, or systems. + Troubleshoot and rework assembled units that fail standard tests. + Collaborate with engineers in the modification or repair of sub-assemblies and systems. + Assist with the incoming receiving inspection and quality control following company procedures. + Assist in the inventory stock taking process and support inventory control procedures. Essential Skills + Proficiency in assembly and electronics. + Ability to perform wiring tasks. + Strong troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent is preferred. + 0-1+ years of technician experience is preferred. Work Environment The position operates in a cell manufacturing work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
