Associate Dentist – High-Earning Opportunity with Established Patient Base
Location: Churchton, MD
Position Type: Full-Time Associate Dentist
Compensation: Guaranteed $200,000 Minimum First Year OR 30% of Adjusted Production (Whichever is higher)

We are a mature, highly respected practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. You will be stepping directly into a busy schedule with an established patient base left by a departing associate who earned over $250,000 last year .
Whether you are looking to refine your skill set or expand into advanced procedures, mentorship is readily available and actively encouraged by our owner dentists.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding top clinical skill and offering complete financial security:
- Guaranteed $200,000 Base Salary for your first year OR 30% of Adjusted Production (whichever is greater).

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure).
- Proficiency or strong interest in general dentistry, endo, implants, and clear aligner therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
