$80k - $125k SALES & LEASING AGENT Location: onsite, Sanger, TX
Compensation: $80K–$125K OTE
Base : $35K + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Tuesdays (8:30am-5:30pm)-Saturdays (10am-5pm) SUMMARY
Our client is a privately held real estate company that owns and manages manufactured home communities across the U.S. They are looking for a driven Sales & Leasing Agent to join their team.
This is a consultative sales role focused on helping prospective buyers and renters find the right home while managing the sales process from initial tour through closing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct property tours and meet with prospective buyers and renters
• Build relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend housing options
• Manage leads, follow-ups, applications, financing, and closings
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver an excellent customer experience QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Real estate, leasing, or property management experience is a plus, but not required Relevant backgrounds include automotive, retail, telecom, home improvement, furniture, insurance, door-to-door, real estate, leasing, and other high-volume sales environments.
