Part Time Cake Decorator

Cub Plymouth on Vicksburg Lane is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part‑time cake decorator position! Cake Decorators provide quality bakery products that meet the customer needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and create a positive shopping experience. Job Responsibilities Prepare bakery products Stock, rotate, and face bakery products Ensure adequate quantities of product and decorating supplies Perform cleanup of the department Assist with department merchandising as directed Assist with customer questions or requests Job Requirements Equipment operation (spatula, decorating tubes, airbrush, copy machine, cake projector, mixer, bakery rack) Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time The position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service Good judgment is required as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing Must be able to work shifts of varying length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be 18 years of age and older Physical Requirements Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
