We are no longer accepting applications for Teacher assistants. We are now only hiring teachers and assistant directors!
HELP for Mom Preschool is a small, long-standing, nonprofit childcare located in Lebanon, IL. We have been around since 1980. We are looking for passionate teachers who enjoy working in a small child care setting and who can provide age-appropriate lessons for the children.
We are currently hiring the following:
- Teachers
- Assistant Directors
- Full-time / Part-time
Who is a good fit?
- Willing to learn
- Have a fun and loving demeanor
- Communicative
- Meets DCFS requirements
- Teachers - 30 sem hrs with 6 hrs in ECE or an associate's degree in ECE
- Directors - Associates in ECE or IL Gateway Director Credentials

- Free child care for 1 child (must be your own and between 2-12 yo)
- Fixed paydays - 15th and 30th of every month
- 8 paid holidays that starts after 6 months
