Large Section-8 Community near Muskegon in search of a full time Property Manager to join our team.
- Review/Approve Resident Applications; Maintain Wait List
- Maintain Full Occupancy of Assigned Property
- Preparation of legal notices (30-Day Non-Payment, 30-Day Health and Safety)
- Accept Rent Payments, Process in software, and Deposit into Bank
- Complete Resident Recertifications
- Maintain Resident Files
- Other projects and tasks, as requested
Job Qualifications:
- General Knowledge of affordable housing programs
- Experience with Yardi and PropertyWare preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Products
- General Knowledge of Compliance Requirements for affordable housing
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
