IT Support Specialist I - Frontline Desktop Tech
Riverside Community Care
Riverside Community Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Technology Support Specialist I to provide desktop and laptop support, assist with peripherals and software, and act as the first point of contact for end user issues. This onsite role reports to the Technology Services Manager and resolves problems independently or with the team. You will travel to program sites as needed, maintain hardware inventory, image laptops/desktops, and document issues in the HelpDesk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Riverside Community Care
