JOB DETAILS:

• Chester Medical Center 1 Medical Center Blvd Upland, PA 19013
• Taylor Hospital 175 E Chester Pike Ridley Park, PA 19078
• Crozer Brinton Lake Route 1 Glen Mills, PA 19342
• Crozer Health at Broomall 30 Lawrence Rd Broomall, PA 19008
• Media Medical Plaza 200 E. State St. Media, PA 19063

Systems Used:
• EMR: Meditech
• PACS: Intelerad
• VR: Fluency

Radiologist / Shifts Needed: (Gen, MSK, Body, Neuro)

General Radiology: Handle routine/ED imaging needs including X-rays, CTs, and MRIs.
o 6p-3a (Mon-Sun)
o 9a-6p (Mon-Sun)
o 12p-9p (Mon-Sun)
o 6p-3a (Mon-Sun)
o 3p-12a (Mon-Sun)
o 12a-8a (Mon-Sun)

Requirement description :

Board Certified - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
Active State License & DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
Specialty/shift preference MUST be noted at time of name clear

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
