With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This location is already established, which is a bonus! Responsibilities: As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
