Our organization is on the lookout for a Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice located in Topsfield. This site is a new home for our previous Ipswich practice, now positioned at 376 Boston Street. It offers a contemporary environment while continuing to cater to the same community. Opportunity OverviewFour-day clinical work week (32 hours dedicated to patient care, 8 hours for administrative tasks)
Utilization of Epic EMR system
Caring for patients from newborns to adults
Collaborative team-based care approach
Comprising 4 physicians and 5 advanced practitioners
Onsite behavioral health specialist available
No after-hours on-call responsibilities

Salary Range:
$250,000.00 - $290,000.00 USD
The salary range provided reflects the annual base pay that the organization reasonably anticipates for this role at present. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, which could encompass productivity and quality bonuses.
