Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, engaging them through phone and video interactions, and guiding them through the entire sales journey. You will own the customer relationship from the first touchpoint, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that culminates in a signed agreement. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent pipeline management, and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively across multiple communication channels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls to identify needs and generate interest.

• Manage and nurture a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing, ensuring no opportunities are missed.

• Build strong rapport and trust with prospects and clients, even when interacting virtually.

• Clearly and persuasively present insurance products and solutions, tailoring pitches to individual client needs.

• Effectively handle objections and address client concerns with professionalism and confidence.

• Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, manage prospect information, and forecast sales.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission. Expected monthly earnings range from $3,000 to $5,000 USD, with significant earning potential tied to your sales performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals through phone and video communication.

• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from start to finish, including lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
