Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid, active Ohio certification/license: Education of the Handicapped K-12 or Intervention Specialist K-12 (Moderate/Intensive or Mild/Moderate)
- Comfortable working in various instructional settings, including resource rooms, small group tutoring, and inclusion models
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with multiple disabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and interact positively with diverse populations
- Passion for fostering student growth and academic achievement
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instructional plans for middle school students with a range of learning needs
- Adapt curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Provide targeted support in both resource room and inclusive classroom settings
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
