Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract role spans multiple school sites near Simi Valley, supporting a diverse caseload of 20-23 students. What we’re looking for:

• Valid Physical Therapist license (California required)
• Experience in school-based PT or a strong interest in education environments
• Background in working with K-12 populations, or a willingness to adapt to students’ varying needs
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites with efficiency and compassion
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to achieve student goals

Role responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students with varying needs
• Assess, design, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual education programs (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively to support students’ motor skills, mobility, and participation in school activities
• Travel between school sites as needed to ensure consistent service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Offer support, training, and resources to school staff as required
