Reliability Engineer

To support the operations and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, the full-time remote Reliability Engineer will implement strategic asset management plans, conduct reliability studies, and oversee root cause failure analysis to enhance equipment reliability. Key responsibilities Implement and manage a strategic asset management plan integrating building automation and maintenance programs Conduct ongoing maintenance maturity assessments and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness of reliability programs Facilitate root cause failure analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies for critical assets Required qualifications BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical Five to ten years of experience in reliability-centered maintenance and building automation systems Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems Experience in critical or regulated environments such as data centers or laboratories Certifications such as Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional are preferred
