Experienced Line Leader

Our client, in Pontiac IL, is seeking experienced Line Lead to join their team!

Job Title: Production/Line Lead
Shift: 1st M-F 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible overtime
Location: Pontiac, IL
Pay Rate $17.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily packing line activities to meet production targets
• Learn and enforce packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Support training of new packers and help reinforce proper packing techniques
• Shadow and learn how to lead a team and help others to succeed
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, math skills, leadership experience is a MUST.

What’s Needed?
MUST have a resume.
Past supervisory skills required.
Leadership skills.
Motivating workers on their lines to meet production needs.
Taking care of problems on the line and get help if needed to correct issues.
Complete all paperwork and make sure it is done correctly and neatly.
Must be organized and be able to keep track of inventory on the line. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Able to work 8-1/2 hours standing on concrete, bend twist, lifting up to 25 to 30 lbs.
