Nursing Assistant-Trainee Job Qualifications: 

• CNA in CO or in compact state or willing to take the CNA class

• CPR certified

• Prefer at least 1 year experience in LTC

Nursing Assistant-Trainee Job Duties:

• Assist resident with activities of daily living

• Follow state and federal guidelines

• Follow facility policies and procedures

Are you interested in becoming a CNA? Now is the chance!! Our Facility is currently hiring nursing assistants to assist our CNAs on the floor to get ready for our next CNA class. Classes are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9am-3pm. Thirty-six hours of clinical experience will need to be completed to complete the course. Completion of the course will enable the student to take the State Certification Test. The daily schedule includes lectures in the morning, 9-12 AM, and Skill training/practice from 1-3 PM. These classes occur every 2 months, so please reach out if you have interest in becoming and working as a CNA.
