Pharmacist Position
Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a pharmacist to join their team. This is a PRN position, primarily covering call-offs and vacations, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Implement medication use activity and clinical services designed by the director.
- Implement cost containment measures involving drug utilization in the hospital.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications and accurate documentation.
- Provide accurate and complete drug information and staff/physician education as appropriate.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a pharmacist preferred.
- B.S. or Pharm.D degree.
- High School GED.
- Licensed PHARM in Kansas or pursuing one.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation
- $57.12 - $82.88/hour.
Benefits
- This PRN position is not eligible for benefits but offers a 10% differential on top of the base rate of pay.
