We're the ones behind that fleet of trucks you see everywhere, and we're also the ones that design, produce, and install the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities, and sports arenas across the U.S. We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needed.The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.Functions:Lead the printing and production of client ordersStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Large Format RIP software (preferably Onyx) preferredSign Production and Finishing (printer/cutter operations, laminating, taping, prepping jobs for shipping and simple installations).Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-readyThis role is a production focused role. However, candidate must be knowledgeable in artwork layout, basic design and proofing; and prepping files for productionOperate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plottersConduct inventory and procurement* The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is neededGraphic design services (unless outsourced)Smaller graphic installationsUnloading/unpacking deliveries to the studioVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveysPacking, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveriesUtilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotesGeneral sign installation experience and or a construction background are a plusFull Time Position with Competitive Wages and Benefits (compensation dependent on experience)Ideal candidates will also possess:2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templatesExperience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishingAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design (or similar program)Sound like the right fit?
