Your Role

You will take over our financial administration and ensure everything runs smoothly:

• Care and preparation of our accounting in DATEV creditors, debtors, bank reconciliation, everything that goes with it
• Assignment of inflows and outflows to the right documents and identification of discrepancies
• Billing for our revenue sources subscriptions, B2B partnerships, and individual invoices
• Preparation and support for monthly and annual financial statements
• Control of recurring payment runs and maintenance of supplier accounts
• Support with value-added tax return and reconciliation with our tax consultant
• Jump in for cross-cutting financial topics business plans, grant applications, cost tracking, whatever needs a precise look
• Reports directly to one of the founders

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent German in speech and writing
• You know DATEV inside and out
• Solid understanding of HGB and German tax bases
• Experience with other accounting or ERP tools is a plus
• You work independently, meet deadlines, and do not need micromanagement
• Short-term availability
