packer/ Filler Tasks & Duties

• Must follow all Safety Methods and Procedures.(i.e. Proper Lifting Techniques, MSDS, etc.)

• Have an understanding of basic GMP's and Quality Control concepts and practices in order to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other training instructions.

• Label, fill, weigh, repack, and prepare product containers for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.

• Generate pallet identification labels in accordance to the production run schedule. This includes the verification of case quantity, product, product ID and production dates.

• Manage work orders as they are filled; deliver palletized finished goods to the warehouse by safely utilizing a sit-down forklift.

• Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents.

• Assist Compounders and other production personnel in daily tasks and other duties as assigned.

• Adhere to the CSW Industrials Code of Ethics, actively apply the CSW Industrials Core Values .

• Day Shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

• Monday - Friday

packer/ Filler Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• While performing duties of this job, employee is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly required to stand, bend, lift, and carry.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is desired.

• Good verbal and written communication skills with team members and all necessary departments.

• Good decision making and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Demonstrated good performance and attendance

• Flexibility to meet changing production demands

• Must be able to work in various degrees of temperature hot and cold.
