One person, one GPU.If you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco or San Jose office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.What You’ll DoPlanning, Budgeting & ForecastingSupport the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cyclesCoordinate inputs across:Infrastructure FinanceCommercial / Functional FinanceSPV / Entity FinanceMaintain and update consolidated financial modelsEnsure alignment of assumptions across teamsConsolidation & Financial ReportingConsolidate financial forecasts across all business units and SPVsSupport intercompany and elimination logic in the planning processProduce consolidated views of Revenue, OpEx, CapEx, and HeadcountAssist in preparing executive and board-level reporting materialsOpEx & Headcount PlanningSupport company-wide OpEx planning and tracking, including:G&A functions (Finance, Legal, HR, IT)Shared services and overhead costsOwn and maintain headcount models: Hiring plans, Compensation assumptions, and Organizational changesTrack headcount vs plan and provide variance analysisBudget vs Actuals (BvA) & Performance AnalysisPrepare monthly and quarterly BvA reportsAnalyze variances across Departments, Entities / SPVs, and Cost categoriesIdentify key drivers and partner with business teams to explain performancePlanning Systems & Data ManagementMaintain and administer the company’s FP&A planning systemSupport data integrity, model updates, and user access and trainingImprove planning processes and automation where possibleAd Hoc Analysis & ProjectsSupport long-range planning (LRP) and scenario modelingAssist with special projects, including:Cost optimization initiativesOrganizational planningProcess improvementsYouHave a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldHave 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related roles, ideally with a focus on Cloud / AI infrastructure, Data centers, Telecom, Energy, Hardware or industrialsPossess extensive experience in financial modeling and analysis, with a deep expertise in constructing complex financial models and interpreting financial statements to drive strategic decision-makingHave excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skillsPossess strong Excel skills and experience with financial software systemsHave the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projectsHave excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and conciselyAre a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvementAre able to work in an ambiguous environment with very little directionNice to HavePrior experience in a startup or high-growth organization, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to thrive in such environmentsExperience in capital-intensive or infrastructure-heavy industriesFamiliarity with headcount and compensation planningExposure to SPVs or multi-entity structuresCorporate FP&A and / or public company experienceSalary Range InformationThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
