Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
  • Prior experience in a school-based environment is a definite plus
  • Knowledge of IEPs, progress reports, and therapy documentation standards
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Adaptability to different service delivery models (remote, hybrid, onsite, travel)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records of progress
  • Provide expert guidance to teachers and caregivers for daily support
