Customer Service Representative

Swoon is hiring for our leading global manufacturing client in Peoria, IL and this will be a fully onsite position.

This is a 24-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision.

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support internal employee expense and procurement card administration processes. This role will work closely with employees across all organizational levels and assist with reconciliations, reporting, account maintenance, and customer support activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement and travel card administration processes
  • Reconcile accounts and balance reporting summaries
  • Process refunds and employee account updates
  • Monitor aging expenses and outstanding transactions
  • Assist with activations and employee support inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation
  • Communicate professionally through email, chat, and Teams messaging
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Ability to prioritize work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional business communication etiquette
  • Customer service or administrative support experience
