Provider Contract Development Manager

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Sr Manager, Provider Contract Development - Business Integration Lead will manage organizational integration for the Provider Contract Development function, ensuring alignment across various departments and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary integration point across Provider Contract Development and key partner functions, ensuring alignment of priorities, timelines, risks, and business objectives Lead governance forums and renewal planning activities to support contract lifecycle visibility and stakeholder alignment Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities and facilitate resolution of risks and execution barriers impacting provider contracting initiatives Required Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of directly related experience 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related fields Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience developing dashboards and operational insights
