What you’ll actually do You’ll take projects from early-stage approval through full readiness for vertical construction: Lead due diligence execution —and catch issues before they become expensive problems Navigate local municipalities, agencies, and consultants like you’ve done it a hundred times (because you have) Oversee engineering, budgets, and timelines with precision Ensure a seamless handoff to construction —no delays, no chaos, no excuses Bottom line You’re the one making sure everything is buttoned up before the first shovel hits the ground.
