Responsibilities:

As a Claims Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Data Management : Maintain and review all data received by the Claims department, distributing it to the appropriate individuals on the Claims team.
• Security Log Maintenance : Update the security log for access to all PHI data.
• Claim Notifications : Review and process Large Claim Notifications, delivering them to all appropriate parties.
• Payment Handling : Record and distribute all Claim payments received to designated Claim Analysts.
• Clerical Support : Assist with filing and other clerical duties as needed.
• Ad Hoc Tasks : Handle other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education : High school degree required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Confidentiality : Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Team Collaboration : Ability to work cooperatively with both internal and external parties.
• Adaptability : Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
