Digital Product Manager

American Savings Bank

Primary Purpose of Job Responsible for creating, executing, and managing the roadmap for the Bank's online & mobile banking initiatives. Major Job Accountabilities Serves as Product Manager for online and mobile banking. Regularly updates the Bank's online strategy to reflect the latest innovations, changes in competition, and shifts in the market. Collaborates with Marketing teammates to ensure appropriate brand representation and incorporation of marketing strategies as it relates to online and mobile banking. Utilizes customer and channel insights to inform new products, services, and user experiences. Provides input into the strategy, design, and optimization of the Bank's website. Drives efforts to produce tangible and measurable results to meet departmental and organizational targets/goals. Experience Required 3-5 years of marketing or product management experience. Required Skills or Training Experience translating business strategy into executional plans. Experience in organic and paid search, retargeting, site optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, mobile marketing, and user experience is a plus. Experience developing and producing content campaigns. Experience executing an ongoing social media strategy across multiple platforms, successfully demonstrating growth, reach, and engagement.
