Medical Director - 50 State Licensed

To shape clinical strategy and lead a team of Clinical Leads, the remote Medical Director - 50 State Licensed will manage clinical quality and performance, integrate AI into patient care, and provide direct patient care while participating in a 1-in-2 rotating on-call schedule. Key responsibilities Partner with the medical group President to execute clinical vision and manage a team of Clinical Leads Implement quality assurance programs and monitor clinical outcomes and compliance with regulations Provide direct patient care during high demand and support clinical operations after hours Required qualifications MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license in all 50 states plus D.C Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an equivalent primary care specialty 10+ years of clinical practice experience as a primary care physician 5-7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting Expert-level familiarity with EHRs and remote monitoring tools
