Lease Driver Job Details
- Earn like an owner from day one. Top lease drivers gross $200,000+ per year, earning $1.12/mi loaded + FSC and $1.07/mi empty + FSC with steady, easy freight to keep your business moving. Plus, earn a 2CPM bonus for your first year!*
- Start with confidence - $0 down. Step into ownership with no financial barriers and predictable payments.
- Affordable weekly payments keep you profitable. Expect reasonable weekly payments - $550 or less - plus a $1 balloon payment at lease completion, keeping your early costs low while you build your business.
- Run easier, earn steadier. Enjoy 99% no-touch freight, competitive accessorial pay, strong Hazmat pay, and bonuses-including a $2,000 maintenance bonus* for new contractors, and the Dart Diamond Rewards annual bonus.*
- Driver referral rewards. Drivers can now receive the referral bonus even if the referred driver attends orientation at the same time through our "Bring a Driver" program. Earn 4CPM during the first year and 2CPM in perpetuity after. No cap and no limit on referrals.*
- Fuel bonus for orientation. Receive $250 in fuel after orientation completion and another $250 during week 2 of employment.*
